The SMS Audio BioSport are smart in-ear sports headphones that track your heart rate without a chest strap or wrist-based monitor.

Clever self-charging headphone jack ; Tangle-free cord ; Accurate heart-rate tracking (when it works)

Heart-rate tracking very temperamental ; Sound quality should be better for price ; Only works with RunKeeper

The SMS Audio BioSport earphones' troublesome fit means their killer feature is a big let-down. These are sporty in-ears to leave out of your gym bag.

We think they are best suited to beginners and intermediate users who are just getting into the fitness scene. If you're a serious runner, you might want a more traditional monitoring method that doesn't require you to carry your smartphone while you run.
