Being used by a customer for skype. Simple setup but needed to ensure that the sound card on the computer was set to analog input not digital to pick up the mic input - if given the option.

I needed this item for live web chat and it did what is supposed to do very well. I am very happy with my purchase.

Another great purchase from Argos. Can't recommend enough these cheaper items. You may pay less but you still get great quality and reliability

Bought this for work purposes to use with Microsoft Live meeting and with Skype.

18 months took me to ruin my old one Trust Headset (exactly the same) so I bought one of those again.

Tried this on three PCs, and the mic doesn't work, or at least is so insensitive as to be unusable (and I did turn on the mic boost before anyone suggests that). The same PCs work fine with some stick mics I have so I think I have to blame the headset.

My bro brought these ages ago and I just decided to see whether I can make anything of them because everyone else gave up on them after they couldnt find any use for them. I found that the Mic was not sensitive enough and would only have the input...

Arrived today - plugged in and worked with no problems. Great for Google Talk, Skype, etc, as well as listening to music. Good value for money. Bought another make headset at same time, and RMA already requested as they don't even work, but no problems...

I use it for gaming when using Teamspeak, they have volume control on the wire so can turn it up and down. For such a cheap item it does what I need, you can listen to music on them but dont expect them to be as good as a £30 pair
