Urbanears Zinken review

Fun, vibrant design at the cost of questionable sound

Fun design ; Handy music-sharing feature

No volume controls ; Subpar sound performance

Aside from the iconic design and appealing splash of color, there's not much else saving these on-ear headphones from being a poor value overall.

Urbanears Zinken review

With so many headphones around from a seemingly infinite array of companies, it's often very difficult to find the right pair for you.

Stylish design; handy DJ features; Strong bass.

Unimpressive overall sound quality; build quality issues.

The Urbanear Zinkens offer strong bass, a stylish design and some handy DJ-friendly features, but they fail to impress with the overall sound quality so it's hard to justify the £120 asking price.

The max volume is a bit lower when used on a mobile device

We started the review with a question about the worth of the Zinken: Does it justify its asking price of Php 7,950? A resounding yes! It’s comfortable to use, sounds great and has a very aesthetically pleasing and functional design. I dare say this is...
