Cherry Stream XT

A great-value, USB keyboard with music and video playback buttons The humble keyboard is often overlooked when it comes to computer peripherals, but it’s actually one of the most important ...

Great Keyboard

The picture on the newegg site at the time I purchased and the box itself shows a german layout. The description on newegg says it is a normal layout, and thankfully, it was.

Scissor switches, which I prefer the feel of ; Spill Resistant ; PS/2 + USB supported. I prefer the PS/2 to keep more usb ports free and perhaps some lower latency ; Very slick looking, and slim too ; Media keys, but just the 6 most important ones....

Pad printing for the keys. I don't mind though ; No nkro rollover or anything like that

I may have to buy one of these...

I never have been one to spend much on a keyboard (usually just get an inexpensive microsoft one or something similar) but this keyboard's look and feel is impressive. Heck, I am writing up a review for a keyboard! I think I am going to have to get one...

My wife just built her first computer with a bit of help from me and this is the keyboard we ended up getting for her. I have been using it while taking the computer for a test drive and I LOVE IT ; Here's why ; It seems very well constructed and is...

None that I can think of, really. I prefer a dial for the sound control, but I can live without one

Good hardware, Hard to Setup

I have only had this router for about a week. 6.5 days were spent trying to get it setup. Now that it is setup it works well. There is a pretty steep learning cliff if you are not familiar with cisco products. A couple notes cisco forgot to mention....

The range is good, I have this router/ap setup in an automotive repair shop connecting 20 or so wireless devices to the internet and to eachother. There is still decent signal through a plate glass window and through cars all the way to the other end...

This device is not easy to setup. If you decide to purchase it I would strongly suggest that you have an advanced knowledge of both networking and cisco products. I don't mean advanced like "The Advanced Wireless" tab on your home router. I mean...

So far so good

I just got this board today, so I can't comment on its longevity. Arrived at my house just two days after I ordered it.

Very quiet, laptop style keyboard. Thin and slim, takes up very little space, without sacrificing any keys or spacing (there's just very little unused space on the surface.) I was a little worried about the spacebar after reading the other reviews, but...

Response time seems a bit laggy. May not be the best choice for twitch gaming, though in fairness it isn't advertised as such. The keys seem a little flimsy and inconsistent in how much pressure it takes to register them

Fix the spacebar

The space bar having only one center contact is a huge issue, spaces don't register often. If you can deal with this by training yourself to hit DEAD CENTER of the space bar, then it's a 5. Buyer beware.

Slim keys, scissor-style switches ; Fairly low activation force, medium duration for return to neutral ; Nice matte finish ; Orange LED's not to bright ; Competitive price ; Decent key layout, albeit not completely standard 104

Below average tactile feedback from scissors, however still better than membrane-style keys ; Space bar only has one contact in the dead center rather than the industry default of putting two contacts on the left and right side of the bar. This causes...

Very underrated keyboard!

I honestly researched hours and hours for a simplistic laptop style keyboard that didn't break the bank. Forget the Logitech Illuminated, DiNovio, Enermax Acrylux or Aurora. This keyboard is just flat out the best value for cheap. I'll continue to look...

I can't believe no one has reviewed this keyboard yet. I was looking for a scissor-action laptop style keyboard. No frills. I just wanted a sturdy, slim, long-lasting keyboard with media buttons. At the suggestion of a friend, I bought this one. It is...

I definitely wouldn't have minded having one or two USB 2.0 ports on it, but given its super slim design I can't really complain. It would just be a nice addition though
