Das Keyboard 4C Ultimate (Greetech Brown)

The space-saving Das Keyboard 4C Ultimate combines the best and the worst aspects of the premier line of mechanical keyboards, blending top performance with anemic features and a too-high price.

Good typing feel. N-key rollover adds flexibility. Nice, spare design. Lengthy cord facilitates connecting to a computer. Also available with Greetech Blue switches.

Expensive for what you get. No dedicated media keys. Only one Windows key. Onboard hub does not support USB 3.0.

Performance and Conclusions In the nearly eight years I've been using Das Keyboards, they've never faltered in performance, and the 4C Ultimate is no exception. It's no lightweight keyboard, literally or figuratively, and you feel its serious, sturdy...

Das Keyboard 4C Ultimate Review — A Blank Slate

The 4C Ultimate is a perfectly good keyboard, but it's expensive and -- other than the lack of letters -- unremarkable. A tenkeyless keyboard that costs more than $100 is not unheard of, but something like the Corsair K65 RGB gives you both full...

Respectable keys ; Sleek design ; Driverless installation

Very expensive for what it does ; Few unique features ; Promises more than it can deliver

The Das Keyboard 4C Ultimate is stylish and minimalist, but doesn't offer enough unique features for its asking price.

The metal casing (at least on the top) feels great. Sound is clicky, as it should be.

Where to start. 1.) Key caps are cheap, cheap, cheap! I've had the keyboard about a month, and my backspace key already has a chip out of the side of it, causing it to stick. 2.) Switches ARE NOT CHERRY. This is important. They don't feel like Cherry...
