Razer Nostromo

The Razer Nostromo may be a niche product, but gamers will appreciate the comfortable design, intuitive controls and cool-looking design.

Ergonomic design. Intuitive controls include 16-programmable buttons, scroll wheel, 8-way thumbpad joystick. Blue LED backlight looks awesome.

Adjustable feature is almost unusable. Ill-suited to extra large or small hands. Thumbpad joystick is uncomfortable. Thumb button could be better.

Razer Nostromo

The Razer Nostromo is an intriguing piece of hardware. The name may sound familiar to some enthusiasts who remember the n52te 'speedpad' from Belkin, which is pretty much an identical piece to what we are reviewing today. That product was collaboration...

I did find the analog stick on top of the directional pad to look a little clunky, compared to a pure analog stick on the G13. However, after talking about it we all kind of agreed that there seemed to be less uses for a full analog control than...

Razer Nostromo Gaming Keypad Review

Today I get a look at something new and unique from Razer, their first ever gaming keypad.

I’m having a really hard time figuring out the exact purpose of the Nostromo. Razer targets it towards all genre of PC gamers but to keep size in check Razer had to make a few compromises. FPS lovers will miss the top numerical row over the WASD...

Razer Nostromo Gaming Keypad

Razer is one of the leading high end gaming keyboard and mouse manufacturers worldwide. Today we will take a look at their gaming keypad called Razer Nostromo. It is their newest invention to make your gaming experience as good as it can ever be. Let's...

Enough programmable buttons ; Customisable wrist pad ; Looks good ; Cons ; A bit pricey

A bit pricey

It might be hard to justify the 70€ pricetag of Nostromo. Undoubtedly it does exactly what it is supposed to be, feels good and does not have the disadvantages of traditional keyboards in gaming. With enough programmable buttons and 8-way d-pad it is a...

Razer Nostromo Gaming Keypad Review

A compact keyboard right under your palm.

makes you feel like you’re controlling a mech oh yeah!, stylish, comfortable, customizable

pointless for FPS players, thumbstick too stiff for any purpose, slightly costly, not ambidextrous, takes a while to get used too

Like all Razer products, the Nostromo also comes packaged with the now familiar configurator software. In fact, we have become so familiar with the software that MS Word seems to have added the word ‘configurator’ to its dictionary automatically!...

Razer Nostromo n52te Gamers Keypad

Today we are looking a great little keypad that had its humble beginnings solely with Belkin and has now been elevated to the product list over at Razer. This is the Razer Nostromo n52te "Tournament Edition" gamepad that puts a whole lot of control and...

16 Programmable keys ; 8-way D-Pad ; Three profiles for all buttons ; Well built ; Very comfortable ; Great Value if you can find it on sale

A top row of keys would be helpful (another 5 keys) ; Space Bar" could be a little larger and moved farther forward (I have big hands)

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical about the Razer Nostromo n52te. I've been a keyboard gamer for many years and to change something as natural and normal as a keyboard for something a little different is quite a change. The design of the...

Consumer review (ciao.co.uk)

Maybe you don't need it but it really deserves a look...

So i recently bought this bizarre(for many) but very useful and fun gadget which is basically a keypad which is used to save a different command on every button of it(a total number of 16), making it a very versatile item. It also has a scroll wheel a ...
