Razer Pro Type Ultra review

The Razer Pro Type Ultra is a solid professional keyboard with lots of extras

Razer Pro Type Ultra Review

Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless ; Controls up to four devices ; Extremely comfortable for fast typing ; As quiet as a mechanical keyboard gets ; Bright backlight ; Cushioned wrist rest

Pricey, as befits a wireless mechanical board ; Synapse 3 software requires registration, contains ads ; Windows only, not macOS

In the Pro Type Ultra, Razer improves its premier productivity keyboard with max-speed switches and more wireless battery life to create what's among the best non-ergonomic keyboards available.

Razer Pro Type Ultra Review: Too Loud for the Office

Loud stabilizers ruin this “silent” mechanical keyboard.

+ Long battery life ; + Wireless connectivity ; + Beautiful exterior

- Unusual keycap finish ; - Extra loud stabilizers ; - Expensive

Razer’s Pro Type Ultra is a clear indication that the peripheral and laptop maker wants to start delivering to a more professional audience. But while the Pro Type Ultra definitely succeeds when it comes to looks, the ticking stabilizers are a serious...
