Asus M60J review

Sporting Intel's finest new Core i7 processor, can the turbo-charged Asus M60J laptop sprint past the opposition?

Pricey, but the lightening Core i7 performance is worth it, even if it does have a slight hit on battery life

Core i7 is here in mobile form. Some vendors will be attempting to rush these laptops out as close to the Windows 7 launch as possible. Keep an eye out — looks like the season to upgrade is well and truly upon us.

Asus M60J

Bought an M60J a couple of months ago, and have had no problems whatsoever with it. All programs are compatible, it's super, super, DUPER fast, and does everything that I want it to. It has s such a huge range of features, and does everything...

Great laptop

I did have to disable IP-v6 support to keep a good connection with my router (Tomato firmware). Not a problem with the laptop but with the router. There are very few things I would change on this laptop even if cost weren't an issue, maybe a BD-burner...

Core i7, dedicated video, Blu-ray, 64 bit Windows 7, empty bay to add a second hard drive, Asus' great warranty; overall a great laptop with too many pros to list them all

No bracket for the second hard drive bay & the Asus store has been out of stock since I got this laptop. I haven't found the bracket anywhere else
