bought this ready for starting university, very easy to operate, runs smoothly, speakers are decent and screen is a nice size, purchased with optional Microsoft pack which was easy and quick to install, nice laptop to look at too, would recommend

Really pleased with this as its easy to use as I had windows eight before was a bit nervous about windows eight but love it

I got this laptop 4 months ago and it's been a nightmare, I've had to get dell to repair it twice, trying to find someone to speak to from dell has been a joke

Received laptop today, it took around an hour to start up as it had to do some updates on windows 10 (which I don't mind) so far all good. Really pleased :)

I've only brought this recently but it's perfect for my day to day routine. I spend a lot of time editing photographs on photoshop & it works wonderfully, the picture is incredibly clear. Easy & quick to set up, no problems so far!
