Newegg's Customer Service again made Newegg my preferred technology supplier. Newegg refunded my money after verifying the RMA'ed product was defective. Thank you, Newegg, for continuing to offer top-notch customer support.

Arrived defective and over a week late ; Black screen one hour after turning the unit on. I did not even have chance to begin loading tools and software. I RMA'ed the unit back to Newegg the next day and requested a full refund. I am still attempting...
