super slow . loading apps for ages

It was a good price. It is light to carry around. It was easy to set up. It is a good solution to someone who just wants a normal laptop for office type functions (nothing heavy duty). Bought for my daughter - a student and she is happy with it.

The bloatware A little slow to start up A little slow to launch apps (ref: if you are OK with this then no problem).

first impression, the laptop got freeze and still freezes sometimes.

Enormous problems getting machine started. It would'nt accept my email or telephone no. Similar problems connecting to printer. Had to seek professional help, costing £70. The instructions in Your leaflet on connecting to printer couldn't be followed....

Looks great and so easy to use

it is lovely and light and has very good speaker quality

it is quite slow and the battery drains quickly.

Battery isn’t bad but could be slightly improved to last longer.

bought it for my granddaughter asked online about certain features that I needed very helpful and my granddaughter thrilled with it

I would have liked the option of a different colour for the same price as I paid for the white one
