HP 14-bp061sa 14" Laptop - Jet Black

Enormous problems getting machine started. It would'nt accept my email or telephone no. Similar problems connecting to printer. Had to seek professional help, costing £70. The instructions in Your leaflet on connecting to printer couldn't be followed....

Looks great and so easy to use

it is lovely and light and has very good speaker quality

it is quite slow and the battery drains quickly.

I like how lightweight it is

Very slim design, easy to take for on the go use, as well as very quick and responsive.

Battery isn’t bad but could be slightly improved to last longer.

bought it for my granddaughter asked online about certain features that I needed very helpful and my granddaughter thrilled with it

I would have liked the option of a different colour for the same price as I paid for the white one
