Lenovo IdeaPad G50-45 Notebook Review Update

Value for money marvel with an AMD core? For a low 370 Euros (~$479), Lenovo's G50-45 entry-level model has quite a few highlights: a quad-core APU and a hybrid hard drive are real buying incentives in this category. But is that enough to compete with...

Casing and input devices good quality, Sufficient connectivity, Easy maintenance, Very quiet, Low power consumption, SSHD drive, Low price

Inferior screen, Hardly gaming suitable, 12-month warranty only, Fairly short battery runtime

It goes without saying that miracles cannot be expected from a laptop for around 370 Euros, ~$479 (300 Euros, ~$388, without an operating system). Therefore, it is even more astounding how minor the restrictions that have to be accepted in Lenovo's...

Nice design and lightweight.

Camera never worked because drivers don't agree with the windows version I have but nothing I did corrected the problem. Also white pixel on screen. Not a good laptop. My older one worked better.

Lenovo G50-45

It's cheap but not worth the saving.

My daughter has only put Sims on it and it's so slow she can hardly use it. It's definitely not fit for purpose. Spend a little more and get something decent.
