Lenovo IdeaPad Y460

Fantastic power for its size ; Multipurpose champion

Mediocre battery life ; Horrifically glossy screen

A great compromise between power use and performance, but a compromise nonetheless.

Review: Lenovo Ideapad Y460

Power conservation or gaming performance? Yes you can really have both. With the slide of a switch.

Unbelievably dazzling performance. Switchable graphics give you the best of both worlds — gaming performance and battery life — at the flick of a switch

Not all features are perfectly polished: SlideNav application switcher bar is functionally useless. Noisy optical drive. Surprisingly heavy (5 pounds) for its size

Lenovo IdeaPad Y460 0633

Excellent CPU/GPU combo; slick design.

Unimpressive battery life; gimmicky touch controls; pricey.

Lenovo's 14-inch IdeaPad Y460 is a well-designed gaming/multimedia laptop--but in this price range, the competition is also bringing its A game.

Lenovo IdeaPad Y460

The Lenovo IdeaPad Y460 spares little expense with parts, packing in a Core i5 processor and switchable graphics

Switchable graphics. Powerful Core i5 processor. Pleasing design. Fantastic keyboard and mouse buttons. Lightweight. Big hard drive. Impressive JBL speakers.

Runs warm when the ATI graphics card is active. Pricey.
