Lenovo Yoga Chromebook C630 review: Big-screen powerhouse

Great performance from a big-screen powerhouse, yet Lenovo manages to keep it slim and relatively light

Speedy four-core processor ; 128GB of eMMC storage ; Serious multitasking abilities

Larger than its rivals ; Relatively short battery life

Admittedly, you won’t get the battery life of smaller models, but with 6hrs 45mins of video playback, you don’t need to keep the charger near you at all times. If mobility is your priority then there are better Chromebooks out there, but this is a...

Lenovo Yoga Chromebook C630

In the Yoga Chromebook C630, Lenovo adds a plus-size convertible with the unusual option for a 4K display to its Chrome OS laptop line. It's speedy and packs a long-lasting battery, but it could be lighter and a bit cheaper.

4K screen available as an option. Impressive performance and battery life.

Big and heavy. Display could be brighter. No video-out port. No stylus. Base model lacks backlit keyboard.

Bottom Line: In the Yoga Chromebook C630, Lenovo adds a plus-size convertible with the unusual option for a 4K display to its Chrome OS laptop line. It's speedy and packs a long-lasting battery, but it could be lighter and a bit cheaper.

The Lenovo Yoga Chromebook C630 has a flexible aluminum chassis and speedy performance, but the 4K display steals the show.

Detailed 4K touch screen; Flexible aluminum chassis; Speedy performance

Subpar battery life (on 4K model); Display could be brighter, more colorful

Lenovo Yoga Chromebook C630 review: Big screen, long battery life, solid build quality Review | ZDNet

This 15.6-inch Chromebook is well built and offers a good specification, including an upcoming 4K screen. We'd like more than 64GB of internal storage though.

Well built ; Powerful processor, plenty of RAM ; Great keyboard ; Good battery life

Only 64GB of internal storage ; Heavy ; Unwieldy in tablet mode
