Long battery life; Very quiet and cool; Bright, matt screen; Robust case; Good keyboard

Plastic picks up dirt; Small keys; Low screen contrast; Poor performance, slow HDD; Small palm rest; Touchpad buttons don’t have much travel

The Asus Eee PC R101 with vibrant screen; Samsung NF210-HZ1 with Intel Atom N550 and a 3G module; Acer Aspire One D255 with N550; Samsung NF310 with matt HD-ready screen.

very light, and battery life good enough not to need the cable for presentations lasting a morning. I took off Windows 7 and put on linux Ubuntu.

Seems quite expensive when there are Ipads etc around now at a similar price.

Worst PC I have ever used, very slow have had to buy extras to make it become a viable unit. I am stuck with it untill I can buy another make and as a senior citizen it will be a while. The unit is utter rubbish!!!

cheap

Very slow. There is nothing on the netbook apart from MS Office and Skype.( the only 2 programs/applications I installed on the netbook) Even so, it's too slow for talking on Skype. (I close all the programs, but it's still too slow to talk on Skype)...
