A great laptop Top notch gaming performance - BF4 runs at 35-40FPS on High Detail at 1080p resolutions Fast in all applications A lot of laptop for your money - unmatched performance at this price point.

Fan can get a little noisy but it's to be expected Speakers not the best Battery life could be stronger when idle.

The laptop itself is actually great, very good performance for the price.

The fan is VERY loud. It comes with windows 8 which means you will spend the first few weeks you own it adapting it to work with your games / other programs. It's very clearly designed for tablets and does not translate well to PC, it doesnt even have...

- Amazing performance for gaming, video and image editing and general other use. Plenty of umph through the graphics card for playing games at ultra settings - Great screen - bright and clear, makes games a joy. - Nice keyboard - No bloatware -...

- Onboard speakers lack depth and bass. - Touchpad can be unresponsive. - DVD drive is a little shonky - doesn't seem to fit flush against the . - The battery isn't great, but then you wouldn't buy a 17" gaming rig for that would you?

Fast and efficient laptop. Great for the games I play at higher graphic qualities. Fairly quiet but the fans will get louder during higher intensity use (unnoticeable while wearing headphones).

Plain looking but it's what's in the inside that counts.

Not the sleekest looking machine, but your paying for what's inside, which more then makes up for it Quite heavy, you might not want to drag it round on your shoulder all day, but not terrible

Performs very well, does all I ask it to and I suspect capable of much, much more.

It's just not got any wow factor. As a previous Alienware user this is a shame.
