Samsung N230

This stylish netbook claims 13-hour battery life, but does it deliver?

before it, Samsung's N230 is one of the better-looking netbooks available, though it must be said that the bland blue wallpaper Samsung has installed by default (a limitation of Windows 7 Starter being that this can't be changed) is a very poor choice.

Samsung N230 review

Samsung beefs up the batteries to make a netbook that can run all day

Nothing amazing spec-wise, but it can definitely go the distance

Samsung N230 review

A smart, thin netbook with an outstanding battery life, but the dull screen lets the side down, and there are other, better netbooks that cost less.

Samsung N230 review

We review Samsung's latest netbook which has a staggering 10 hour battery life.

The Samsung N230 isn't without its flaws and there's little to tempt existing netbook owners if you're happy with your current model. For new netbook owners though, the N230's slender and sturdy build, long battery life, comfortable keyboard and...

Samsung - N230

Thanks to their well-designed keyboards and stylish good looks, Samsung's netbooks have impressed in the past. The new N230 continues this trend, and makes a great first impression with its sleek chassis. At 1.2kg, it's ...

A decent netbook needs long battery life, a well-designed keyboard and low price-tag. Samsung certainly succeeds in terms of keyboard and battery, although the price tag of £349 is on the high side. However, you're always going to pay a bit more for a...

Review Samsung NP-N230 Storm Netbook

Ultra-thin. The most surprising thing about this new 10-inch netbook from Samsung is its high price tag of €449 (RRP). Is the price justifiable, for an Atom N450 processor, a matt WSVGA screen and a three/ six cell battery? We examine every inch of...

Very light, Robust and good quality, Good keyboard, Matt display, Very quiet, A matt screen combined with a good keyboard and a very low weight

Poor screen brightness, Quite short battery life with 33Wh, Not very powerful, Limited range of ports

Samsung N230 Netbook Review

We didn't want to admit it, but it's true: The Atom netbook market is a snooze. Netbooks based on Intel's Atom platform (currently in its Pine Trail incarnation) ship with a 10.1-inch screen, 1GB of RAM, a 1.6GHz single-core Atom processor, Windows...

Slimmest, lightest netbook we've tested; good keyboard

Sub four-hour battery; boring internals; fingerprint prone

The Samsung N230 takes the standard netbook loadout and crams it into the lightest 10-inch chassis we’ve ever held. Though it’s a magnet for fingerprints, it has great lines, and at around $350, it’s a pretty good deal. The N230 manages to impress us...

Samsung N230 Review

The Samsung N230 was first made available in July and it has an ultra thin chassis of just 1 inch, a strong 7 hr battery life, great keyboard and matte screen. The only complaint I can have is the lack of any type of hardware based video support and...

Terrific design, Ultra Thin Chassis (1 inch), Great keyboard, Matte Screen

No dedicated graphics chipset

Overall I think the Samsung N230 does several things right for only $330.79: the keyboard, design, matte screen, strong battery life (for a 3 cell) and solid build quality. There are just a couple things I would have liked to see changed with this...

Samsung N230 review and comparison with N210 and N220

I haven't had the chance to play with many Samsung netbooks lately, mainly because most of them aren't available in stores in my country. They are not that popular in the States from pretty much the...

Still, I could not find it with the 6 Cell battery in the US, but I'll keep scouting and update once i do. Photos and info from Matt at netbookreviews.net
