Worked for about 5 mins then switched off and won't turn on again

Brought for daughter for christmas tried it before wrapping and huge software fault on it.

Have brought this for my daughter as a Christmas present, first impressions are great! Colour is perfect, quick play around and it seems to be perfect! Great offer aswell, pay nothing for 6 months!!

Really slow laptop. Constantly having to turn it on and off again as it's alwaus crashing. there is no storage on this laptop so I had to spend £50 on an external hard drive. Don't buy it.

The laptop looks beautiful, the speaker sound quality is amazing, the resolution is amazing but unfortunately the performance when it comes to the boot up isn't very fast, after the boot up it runs smoothly. Perfect for university work and for the price
