HP iPAQ rw6828

In a move that further ramps up its handheld offerings, HP unveiled its first designer white and metallic silver handheld service, the HP iPAQ rw6800 Multimedia Messenger Series redefining style for handheld devices on 1/6/06 in Malaysia.

The camera was a nice surprise, and HP has improved rather quickly after the previous 1 Megapixel camera got soundly panned wherever HP tried to sell it. That one took too long to load and produced what was probably the worst 1 Megapixel pictures on...

HP iPAQ rw6828

Have used the rw6828 for 2 years before it failed. After having read a lot of reviews about the faulty headphone outlet, I avoided using the headphones for 18 mths. Finally couldn't resist it and inserted the headphone ONCE. Sure enough after that the...

Great UI. On screen keyboard is faster than anything else once you get used to it ; Plastic cover closes with a nice 'snap' and is sturdy enough

Poor quality headphone jack ; Supplied battery lasts 1-2 days max ; Sound output low ; Plastic cover and stylus replacements are hard to find

HP iPAQ rw6828

The product is known to have some defects since past few months but the company is not bothered to resolve them. In fact most of the IPAQ owners who call the support centre do not get a favorable response.... the customer support is the "WORST", I have...

just like any other PDA phone... stable as compared to O2

Worst ever customer service, known mechanical problems that the service centre is unable to resolve ; TO SUMMARIZE... NOT WORTH BUYING... DON'T EVER GET INTO THIS TRAP
