A good camera can't save the P50 Pro

Excellent camera, including a top 3.5x zoom ; High-quality design and build ; Good general and gaming performance

Last-generation processor ; No Google apps ; Poor apps/games library ; Rivals deliver a better all-round experience

The Huawei P50 Pro has an excellent camera array, and a brilliant zoom, but app issues and some out-of-date inclusions mean it is a hard sell at the price.

The Huawei P50 Pro is a good choice for those who don't need access to Google's apps

Excellent 4-lens camera system ; 6.7-inch OLED screen, 120Hz ; Impressive performance ; Elegant, modern design

No 5G support ; Lacks Google apps and Play Store ; The processor isn't up to date ; Prone to fingerprint marks

The Huawei P50 Pro is one of the best camera phones in the world and it has stunning good looks to match, but not everyone will jump at the chance to buy it because you still won't be able to use Google apps and there's no 5G support either.
