Motorola Electrify M review

These days it's hard to find a smartphone that balances size, power, and cutting-edge features. Like the Droid Razr M , the exceedingly compact $99.99 Motorola Electrify M does its best to hit the sweet spot among all three. While it comes close to...

The affordable Motorola Electrify M features a colorful screen, 4G LTE, and long battery life. Thin, attractive, and compact, it also runs Android Jelly Bean.

The Electrify M's camera takes unimpressive images and has a slow processor. The battery isn't removable.

The Motorola Electrify M is a well-priced and compact option on U. S. Cellular, but the larger Samsung Galaxy S3 is the better deal if size doesn't matter.

Motorola Electrify M (U.S. Cellular)

The Motorola Electrify M for U.S. Cellular packs lots of smartphone power into a size that feels just right.

Perfect size. Fast performance. 4G LTE support. Good call quality.

Doesn't run latest Android version. Camera is just average. Lots of bloatware.

Motorola Electrify (U.S. Cellular)

The Motorola Electrify is U.S. Cellular's best smartphone, with a fast dual-core processor and gorgeous 4.3-inch screen.

Striking screen. Dual-core processor. Clear voice quality. Good battery life. Can convert into a laptop PC.

Tons of preloaded bloatware. Webtop mode is sluggish. No 4G.

Multimedia, Camera, and Conclusions You won't lack for storage space with the Electrify: There's 2.65GB of free internal space for apps, 8.92GB free for multimedia files, and a memory card slot underneath the battery cover that accepts 32GB microSD...

Motorola Electrify M Review (US Cellular)

Motorola is really pushing their DROID RAZR series pretty hard, and while they're only exclusive to Verizon customers, the company has been slowly migrating their RAZR lineup to other carriers by making some minor changes to the design and branding. US...

In the end, the Electrify M isn’t too special. We’ve essentially seen this phone before in the DROID RAZR M on Verizon, obviously, but for those wanting to stick with US Cellular, this is the exact alternative. What makes this phone really stick out...

Motorola Electrify M Review

You might call Motorola ELECTRIFY M a cousin of the RAZR M, RAZR HD, and RAZR Maxx HD. Like its predecessors, the ELECTRIFY M runs on Android and is enclosed in a slim, flat chassis. Under the tagline “compact without […]

The drag-and-drop device management is much easier than the cumbersome approach in Apple devices, which force you to use iTune to transfer most types of documents, media, and files. The slim handheld device, which conforms to the tried and true form,...

Motorola Electrify M review

It's been one hell of a year for the smartphone industry, and 2012 produced some of the biggest and most unique innovations to date. More important than the increase in pixel density or the addi...

The Electrify M hits all the marks: performance is top-notch, the display is stunning, and the nearly bezel-less design is just as groundbreaking and fun as it was on the RAZR M. The Electrify M is no RAZR by any means thanks to its cheap exterior, but...

Motorola Electrify M Review (US Cellular)

The Motorola Electrify M recently landed at US Cellular, and with it we're getting a very strong feeling of deja vu. Despite the new name, we've seen this phone before, as its nearly identical twin – the DROID RAZR M – is currently gracing Verizon's...

I don’t know what else to do other than point once again to the fact that the Electrify M is the RAZR M, aside from some largely inconsequential cosmetic changes (though I do miss the Kevlar). That isn’t a knock against the Electrify M, as the RAZR M...
