Motorola MOTORAZR2 V8

ANOTHR CLAMSHLL RAZR

What does grab the attention is the huge front screen. At 2 diagonal inches it betters the screens of some pretty good candybar handsets for size. Its 262 thousand colours are welcome too. The main screen measures 2.2 inches corner to corner and also...

Motorola MOTORAZR2 V8 review

A mobile phone icon gets an overhaul

Sleek slimline design ; Touch sensitive music player controls ; Large, rich external display ; Build quality

No 3G connectivity ; Limited camera ; No smartphone capability ; Quality materials make it heavy for its size

There's plenty to like but ultimately the new MOTORAZR is lacking a cutting edge

Motorola RAZR2 V9 review -

It?s another fine-looking, slimline clamshell from the RAZR family

The two-megapixel camera is a little disappointing

A decent HSDPA phone that looks the part but comes up short on features.

Motorola MOTORAZR2 V8

The original Motorola RAZR was a real mobile phone design icon, and one of the best selling handsets ever. But now, over four years down the line from its first appearance, can the next generation ultra-slim MOTORAZR2 still turn heads in the same way?

No 3G connectivity, Limited camera, No smartphone capability, Quality materials make it heavy for its size

Motorola - MOTORAZR2 V8

If you are thinking that the RAZR brand of mobiles from Motorola has been overused, then your thinking is not in line with Motorola's. The new MOTORAZR2 V8 is yet another take on the RAZR phone. ...

The front screen is superb, and the thin, sleek design of this mobile is also appealing. But without flash memory support, 3G or a decent camera, the MOTORAZR2 V8 may lack wide appeal.

Motorola MOTORAZR maxx

By any stretch of the imagination, Motorola hasn't done at all badly with its iconic RAZR range of slimline fashion phones, with millions sold and topping multiple style icon lists

2-megapixel camera, Touch-sensitive music player controls, 3G HSDPA broadband data speeds

Limited camera light, No FM radio, Glass front

A strong contender in most areas from Motorola, but the touch-sensitive screen needs some work

Motorola MOTORAZR2 V9 Rose Gold

Now RAZR sharp in metallic gold

Design and build quality, HSDPA capable, superb displays, touch-sensitive music controls, speedy interface, attractive colour

Basic music player, lack of 3.5mm headphone jack, dull interface, unlikely to appeal to men

The RAZR2 V9 is a similar handset to the original version with improvements that are largely aesthetic. This isn’t all bad news, although the camera could use an upgrade.

Motorola MOTORAZR2 V9 Ferrari Special Edition

A touch of Ferrari class

Design and build quality, HSDPA-capable, superb displays, touch-sensitive music controls, speedy interface, Ferrari branding and content

Basic music player, lack of 3.5mm headphone jack, dull interface

The Ferrari additions are largely aesthetic improvements. Under the hood, the RAZR2 V9 is a similar handset to the original version.
