Nokia 6720 Preview

Posing as something of an anachronism, the Nokia 6720 looks like a phone you'd have bought five years ago, but comes with a number of features you'd expect to find on average handset of today - 5-megapixel…

Nokia 6720 Review

"It may look a little old school, but the Nokia 6720 comes with a 5-megapixel camera and up to 16GB of memory and 3G."

The lack of Wi-Fi might frustrate some mobile customers who are used to taking advantage of hotspots, but in areas with adequate 3G coverage this may not matter as much. Just be sure to opt for a deal with a good level of data included.

Nokia 6720 classic review

A faster processor, better battery life and a 3.5mm headphone jack are improvements over its predecessor, but the lack of a Xenon flash and camera lens cover are strange omissions from the Nokia 6720 classic.

The Nokia 6720 classic improves on its predecessor by offering a faster processor and a 3.5mm headphone jack, but spoils the fun by lacking a Xenon flash and a camera lens cover. This is a solid mid-range mobile phone, but doesn't offer anything overly...

Curved styling, good build quality, HSDPA, GPS, Telstra BlueTick rated

Wobbly navigational pad and rear battery cover, expensive Nokia Ovi maps, no Xenon flash or lens cover for camera

Nokia 6720 classic review: Up a notch

Nokia 6720 classic ventures to send the 6220 classic into retirement. There's a year's gap between the two gadgets and a casual observer may as well conclude that a year is a mere eye-blink for...

We just need to take due note of the fact that Symbian comes in different Nokia flavors. Nseries, Eseries, classics and touchscreens (as of late) are jostling for the user's favor and securing the platform's market lead. Handsets like the 6720 classic...

Nokia 6720 Classic

With so many excellent phones to choose from, Nokia hasn't done nearly enough to make the 6720 desirable. It does the basics well, but struggles to justify its price.

Great call quality ; Camera is OK ; Stellar battery life

Poorly designed keypad ; Boring colours ; Uninteresting suite of apps

Nokia 6720 Classic

The price difference between the 6700 and 6720 is just €10 - and that small amount of money improves over the 6700 with a TV out port and smartphone capabilities, plus the 6720 has Carl Zeiss optics. Perhaps the 6720 looks a bit plasticky compared with...
