Nokia E70

Nokia E70 occupies a somewhat twofold spot in Nokia's range - on the one hand it's a run-of-the-mill S60-ppwered smartphone, but its form-factor is what everything is about, as the E70 adopts shapes and curves of its S40 predecessors, like Nokia 6800,...

All the above devices are more or less aiming at the enterprise-market and business-users basically, we could hardly say that one goes for a BlackBerry or something just for the sake of fashion. Back when Nokia 6800 was launched, there actually were...

Nokia E70

Steve Litchfield explores the gull-winged Nokia E70 communicator - the De Lorean of the smartphone world? [Updated review because of major new second generation firmware]

Weighing a light-ish 127g and finished in a similar silver plastic to the E61 (another in Nokia's Enterprise range of S60 3rd Edition smartphones), the E70 certainly looks the part, in terms of functionality taking precedence over form. Having said...

Nokia E70 3G SmartPhone

The Nokia E70 is a beautifully designed 3G smartphone that comes with a very simple & effective opening system. The handset looks like any normal phone in the closed position but the user can lift up the phones ordinary keypad & flip it over 180...

A business handset with an excellent features list, the Nokia E70 packs quite a punch. An excellent display, push email support, native Wi-Fi, Bluetoo...

Display, Push email, Native Wi-Fi, VoIP functionality

No front camera for video calls, Front keypad a little squashed, Interface slow during startup and keyboard opening, No external volume controls

A solid smart phone with an excellent foldout keyboard, the E70 is a welcome addition to the business market

Nokia E70 review: Folding typewriter

Nokia has released another handset based on the 3rd edition of Series 60 user interface. This phone runs on Symbian 9.1 as the other new smartphones from the Finnish manufacturer. With its interesting design solutions and great features, it surely aims...

Nokia E70 inherits the looks of Nokia 6810, 6820 and 6822. This series of phones are gradually improving in time and E70 is the first one with smartphone capabilities. The phone's features remind of the E60 model but the difference is that this one has...

Nokia E70 Cell Phone (GSM, Bluetooth, 2MP, 64MB,

At first glance the Nokia E70 doesn't look like a PDA phone at all: It's an unassuming candy bar-style handset, with a smallish 2.1-inch screen and a tiny numeric keypad. But flip the keypad up, and the E70 reveals its charms-namely, a unique and very...

The Nokia E70 offers a unique keyboard for easy typing and an excellent camera, but it comes at a steep price.

Nokia E70

If you're after a business phone that doesn't look entirely like a brick, then the Nokia E70 is an excellent choice.

Flip out keyboard ; Clear screen ; Integrated wireless ; Supports VoIP calling

Joystick is very fiddly ; Shift key hard to use ; Battery life average

The E70 fits in a good space for those wanting Blackberry style business features but who don't want an obvious brick making bad creases in their jacket pockets or lumps in their handbags.

Nokia E70

Simply put, Nokia's E70 is one of the most advanced, innovative mobile phones on the market today.  The E70's fold-out QWERTY keyboard harkens back to the design of Nokia's 6800 messaging phone released in 2003, but its feature set is pure cutting-edge...
