Nokia N76 review

Powerful 3G smartphone in a stylishly slim flip-phone design

Sleek looks ; 2.0 megapixel camera ; Symbian smartphone functionality ; Front-mounted media player controls

Long and wide ; No Wi-Fi ; No GPS

A modern versatile smartphone that hits the mark in most, if not all, areas

As with all phones now - this is much more than just a device for ordering a pizza. All the usual culprits are here : MP3 player, camera, FM radio, voice recorder and PIM (Personal Information Manager) functions. Even as a messaging device it isn't...

Nokia N76 Review

The N76 is another device injected into the N-series range, this time offering a clam style design and sleek profile.

The N76 like the Motorola Z8 we reviewed earlier is let down by its poor design functionality. Its button placements could do with being moved to the bottom or sides and it needs to be shrunk slightly as when you open up the N76 it literally dwarfs...

Nokia N76

Nokia is no stranger to innovative and groundbreaking designs. But that doesn't mean it's too proud to take a few style tips. The N76, a symphony in metal and glass, pays tribute some of the best elements of Mototorola's RAZR design

Eventually, Nokia just could not resist it and joined the race where the top prize is œslimmest phone ever " at a glance its new model utilizes many curves and shapes of the this market's icon - Motorola RAZR, but as you might have already guessed, its...

Another newsworthy drawback is glossy finishing of the casing, along with the mirror-like surface of the front plate. The phone collects much gunk within the very first minutes of playing around with it, so rubbing down is something you should get...

Nokia N76 Review by 3G

The Nokia N76 was first introduced in January 2007 at the Las Vagas CES 2007 exhibition and then launched on 5th May 2007. It's a 3G Smartphone and is the latest addition to Nokia's Nseries.

Good music player, large screen, good keypad.

Headphone jack fouls on opening handset, average camera, no autofocus, battery life could be better, No A2DP profile

Powerful 3G smartphone that hits nearly all the hot buttons but not all

Expert review by : Ross Catanzariti (goodgearguide.com.au)

Nokia N76

Stylish and eye-catching design, external display can read messages, external music controls, interface speed

No HSDPA, flip design, only a 2 megapixel camera, impossible to keep clean, headphone jack obscures flip, rear cover difficult to remove, flimsy SIM card adapter, battery life

The N76 is an attractive multimedia phone with a fair features list, but a few issues in design prevent it from being great.
