Sony Ericsson W890i

Sandra thinks it's one of the best Sony Ericsson phones to sport the Walkman brand. Find out why.

On the other hand I like the Sony Ericsson Activity Menu which features in so many of its handsets. Tap the bottom of the left side rocker and up pops a set of tabbed windows giving access to running apps, notifications, online services and a set of...

Sony Ericsson W890i review

Another fantastic Walkman phone for us to play with

Excellent Walkman music player ; 3G HSDPA connectivity ; 3.2-megapixel camera ; Slim, attractive design

No Wi-Fi ; No flash or autofocus for camera ; No smartphone capability ; Poor loudspeaker quality

Some brilliant features, yet another stunning Walkman phone from Sony Ericsson's Walkman

Sony Ericsson W890i review

Sony Ericsson makes two kinds of Walkman handset: touch-screen smartphones such as the W960i (reviewed in What's New, Shopper 246), and normal music handsets. The W890i is the latest in the music handset line, and replaces the W880i.

Sony Ericsson W890i

A slight upgrade to the popular W880i, Sony Ericsson's latest Walkman phone corrects some of the issues of its excellent, but not perfect predecessor....

Build quality, superb design, HSDPA-capable, 2GB Memory Stick Micro (M2), A2DP Bluetooth, TrackID, SensME

3.2-megapixel camera lacks flash and autofocus

A stylish, classy exterior with excellent build quality, just 10mm thin and boasting an superior keypad and controls despite its compact size. Add HSDPA support and an excellent user interface to the mix and the W890i is almost perfect.

Sony Ericsson W890

Overall its a good phone. The features are good it can do more than i need. The walkman is excellent as you would expect from sony. The reception is clear, and through the bluetooth it is the best i have used.

The only things i have rated down slightly is the key pad is a bit too small, and the battery life could be better.
