Vivo V15 Pro review: Innovative but far from great

 

An interesting proposition, but the Vivo V15 Pro has too many flaws for a firm recommendation

Good battery life ; Clever pop-up selfie camera ; Alluring design

Frustrating software ; Uses an outdated micro-USB port ; Sluggish overall performance

Despite my criticisms, the Vivo V15 Pro isn’t a bad phone. It has a competent set of cameras, an alluring design and a battery that will last you a full day without having to reach for a charger.

High-end features in a relatively affordable package. That's the vivo V15 Pro in a few words. Or you can say that this phone is vivo's attempt to bring...

Fairly sturdy build and gorgeous color options.

The fast charging isn't really "fast".

All in all, despite some of the issues we had with the V15 Pro - some negligible, while others not so much - vivo was able to put together a great all-rounder with trendy set of features and design. But given the pace at which the smartphone market...
