No speakers, however I knew that before purchase, so I bought the recommended sound bar. In hindsight I should have bought a monitor with speakers because the sound bar keeps making notification sounds, from what I don't know..

The unit looks reasonable sitting on desk. The rear-mounted control stick is nice. The screen itself has a matte covering. There is a line out socket for HDMI audio.

Removing the stand, in order to use the VESA mount, is overly complicated and requires disassembly of the monitor with a screwdriver. According to the manufacturer, this may invalidate the warranty. The picture requires more calibration than I would...

I bought the monitor to link up to my MacBook Pro so I would have a larger workspace for digital art (why I wanted an IPS display to begin with- very happy I got one.) Everything looks great and the colours look perfect too- using the set colour...

The monitor was slightly scuffed on the top and the entire top's join to the rest of the monitor looks a tiny bit odd to me. But this is only if you look very close. Uses a battery pack which makes it slightly more bulky.
