Acer AL2051W

This stunning monitor from Acer uses slightly different technology to the majority of monitors, with a glossy finish that reflects less of the ambient light.

AL2051W Silver / Black 20" LCD Monitor

This bare-bones model offers good image quality for little cash.

Good image quality at a low price

Lacks Sunday support

These quibbles aside, the AL2051W is a solid (if basic) monitor. Its fusion of low price and good image quality makes it a good fit for general use

Amazing!

The quality of this monitor is unbelievable! This monitor is amazingly stylish and its colors/crispness of the images and pictures are much better than my previous Dell E207WFP.

8ms isn't that bad.

Great Monitor!

Great picture quality, looks great on DVI, 16:10 (taller then 16:9), very shiny.

although 8ms is good I would prefer 5ms or lower.

Great Quality and VERY Bright!

I already had the 19" Version of this monitor and I loved it so well I brought 8 of them for the family and After seeing the great Deal on these 20" versions I had an opportunity to get 2 for one of my computers.

of the many versions of this monitor purchased (all from NEWEGG), 8 -19" and currently 4 20" wide, I have 1 that needs to be returned due to defect in quality.

Great LCD

Didn't need the speakers but they were built in to the base nicely, Almost looks like they aren't there. Gloss finish is harder to maintain then normal screens, but not a big deal

This monitor works great. My computer recognized it immediately, no problems there. Colors look awesome, resolution is great. I love the widescreen look while i am gaming. Gloss finish looks very nice also

Nothing major - stiff stand, small amount of bleed which some of the time

Great Monitor.

Shipped promptly by Newegg.

The monitor displays amazing colors, deep blacks, and incredible smoothness. It arrived promptly with no dead pixels. I simply cannot go back to a normal 4:3 monitor after having a widescreen; my view feels so squished

The top right corner of the black plastic encasing the screen is slightly warped up, but that is UPS' fault ; There is very slight ghosting in some applications, but it is hardly noticeable unless one is looking for it. As a gamer who plays fast-paced...

Acer AL2051W Black/Silver 20" 8ms Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 800:1 Built-in Speakers

Amazing color, great contrast ; Even though its nice and shiny, the reflections (when there are reflections) are diminished just enough that they dont bother me

I cant seem to get the friggin thing into its best posted resolution (1680x1050)... It will go above (sometimes) and defaults to a much lower res, but that's ok, i guess... It doesn't really bother me much
