Got a rebate so it's 250.00 , I really searched for a good quality gaming monitor for my rig..Q6600, 8800 4 gig micron ram, slam bam thank you mam, this monitor was the finishing touch, i did get the VG2230 but it was 2 big 4 my liking, so i use it 4...

The pro's are it's 16.7 million colors, so there is no interpolation, Very crisp, clean and I just am super happy with it, I just ordered the second one. 2ms gtg, and it's fast with fab colors

Good Res, Fast response time, Clean look, and large

the stand is a little unstable, plus there is a white bleedthrough around the edges. The speakers are decent to replace havin externals. The D-Sub to DVI Switch is in the menu

Follow up to an ealier review

I have been using this monitor for a few months now and I am still very happy with it's overall performance.

Still have not seen any after three months of use with intense gaming and Photoshop.

Well, bleh

The monitor came with no dead pixels,set up in a few minutes, and has a reasonably thought-out controls.

All things said, I really didn't get the feeling that I really got my money's worth out of this monitor, I expected.
