LG Flatron L226WTQ 22in flat-panel monitor

The 22in LG Flatron L226WTQ flat-panel monitor has a 2ms response rate and 5,000:1 contrast ratiio that produce beautifully smooth images.

LG hasn't spent any money providing advanced features such as Pivot or a height-adjustable stand, but this means the LG Flatron L226WTQ has some sensational specifications without insisting on costing an excessive amount. Indeed, given the glorious...

LG L226WTQ-PF LCD Review

If you are looking for a cost affective 22" LCD screen for gaming you could do worse than by buying an LG L226WTQ Piano Black version - which is essentially ...

A great 22" LCD screen that has superb blacks for watching movies and a fast 2ms for games. It lacks speakers and a HDMI port but for under £170 it still presents great value for money considering the quality on offer.

LG Flatron L226WTQ-BF

The LG Flatron L226WTQ-BF isn't an extravagant 22in widescreen monitor, but it does sport a thin bezel and a flashy stand. It lacks USB ports and its ...

Fast response time, serviceable image quality for everyday tasks

Some discolouration was noticeable in the greyscale

For everyday tasks, this Flatron is well-suited. It doesn't produce a perfect image, but it does a serviceable job of displaying images and movies.

LG Flatron L226WTQ-BF

The Flatron L226WTQ-BF is a stylish 22-inch widescreen monitor that gives a sharp picture with excellent color. It excels at displaying moving images, whether in movies or gaming.

Fast pixel response. Good color quality and text readability. HDCP-compliant.

LG L226WTQ-BF

If you work out of your home, once the workday is done you're free to kick back and watch a DVD or get in a few rounds of gaming on the same computer you were just using to plot spreadsheets. But unless you have a monitor that can handle moving images...

Fast pixel response. Good color quality and text readability. HDCP-compliant

Weak light-grayscale performance. No additional multimedia ports. DVI cable not included

The LG Flatron L226WTQ-BF delivers a very sharp picture, excellent color quality, and a lightning-fast pixel response, but its handling of light-gray shading is mediocre at best.

LG L226WTQ LCD monitor has high contrast ratio

LG has just released its L226WTQ LCD monitor that claims to be the first of its kind to feature a 5,000 to 1 contrast ratio, although most folks know that such a criteria is often the least reliable specification where screen technology is concerned....
