Epson B-510DN review

 

All this talent comes at a high initial price. But if you need speed, volume, and economy, plus good photo printing, the Epson B-510DN is well worth considering.

The Epson B-510DN removes nearly all question of whether an inkjet printer can succeed in business. It offers competitive speeds and ink costs - enough to make vendors of some lower-end colour lasers nervous.

It isn't unusual for office equipment to look underwhelming, but while grey plastic and sharp edges might be the norm for laser printers and photocopiers, it's been a while since we've seen something as singularly unattractive as the Epson B-510DN....

As it is, the B-510DN has plenty in its favour, but it's not compelling enough to sway us from a decent laser printer

As intriguing as a laser-class inkjet may sound, that's not the most interesting aspect of the B-510DN. What really grabs my attention is its extraordinarily low cost per page.
