Could not connect by wifi to the desktop or the laptop. Very poor definition on scanner. No automatic double sided printing, so flimsy plastic folding paper feed tray would not have lasted long as it had to be removed to reinsert every turned page....

The worst printer I have ever had. Refuses to work with Windows 10 and any phone we have (IOS, Windows, android).

had to call tech supp for each of my comp.not USA. I've never had a prob with installation with any of my past printers. Even tech support had a hard time after they took over each of the 3 computers I tried to setup.Took about 2 hrs

I have lost wireless connection twice - so far. Re-connecting was not easy. Have not used FAX yet. All other features are fine.

Very Bulky Printer, No option for double-sided printing to save paper, print quality is good, HOWEVER toner cartridges are very expensive - do a total cost of ownership before you buy! I think many of the OEMs use the toners to make extraordinary...

Excellent value, good performance in an entry level color laser printer. Easy to set up, control buttons easily accessible. Multi function is a good addition to a home office, allowing you to scan, print, fax documents and images.
