great value colour laser printer

 

Bought this to replace an inlet as I was bored of cartridges drying out. Super easy to setup and airprint and wireless printing both worked with no issues. Print quality is very good and toner costs are reasonable. Alternative toner is about 90 quid...

It had been resealed. There were no cartridges. Assuming they were in the machine, I set it up. Spent hours downloading software. Then went to print. It said there's a paperjam. The paper hadn't moved, there couldn't be a paper jam. The paper in it,...

Still in dispute with samsung over this faulty printer. They are being very difficult about returning it. Their customer service is appalling. I will never buy any of their products again

Drum went out quicker then I could use a toner cartridge.

 

Did not use this printer much when I first bought it, just changed the black toner that came with it and now the drum is bad and needs to be replaced. Out of warrenty so I am going to have to trash this printer. I do not have a repair person in my area...

Awesome printer, really happy with it. Prints quickly, quietly and the quality is great. Would have given an extra star if it printed 2 sided, otherwise perfect.
