Yamaha A-S3000 review

Sound quality is good but needs to be better to fully justify that hefty price

Superb build and finish Clarity Impressive agility and insightful midrange Fully featured

Lacks a degree of dynamic grunt Rhythmic precision could be better

All things being equal, an integrated solution would win (for us) every time. But all things aren’t equal, and while the A-S3000 has obvious talent, it’s not the fully rounded performer we hoped for.
