Blink XT2 review: An outstanding small outdoor security camera system

Security is something most of us think about but many can't afford. The Blink XT2 outdoor security camera system brings the affordability to regular folks.

Small and compact design ; Good build quality ; Easy to setup ; App is fairly straight forward and easy to use ; Battery life is excellent if it holds true ; Performance is solid ; Priced right for an outdoor camera with its features

Once in awhile it takes longer than I'd like for the app to connect to the camera for live view ; Battery will run down if there is a constant triggering of the motion sensor

I’d recommend the Blink XT2 security camera to just about anyone looking for an easy to use wire-free security camera system. I was able to monitor my home from Germany while I was at IFA 2019. If I can do that from Germany, it should work for most...

Offering weather resistance, wireless simplicity, good video quality, and usable monitoring features without a subscription for an impressively low cost...

With good image quality, wireless capability, a reasonable quiver of non-subscription monitoring services, and a surprisingly low price, the is the best option for those looking for an outdoor security camera on a budget.

Does the job, find some aspects bit irritating Bit of a lag in the feed, sound is not that good if camera is anything more than couple feet from speaker. It's obviously designed to compensate for the fact it runs off 2 AA Batteries and clips are short...
