Great drive

 

Used drive for 9 months flawlessly, really added speed to my i7 Sony laptop. I just switched from the 240gig to a 480 gig and now have plenty of storage space

Very fast!

 

This thing is fast. Programs open instantly, and the amount of time Windows takes to boot is just sick...

Fast & Stable ; Zero issues. Did a fresh install of Windows 7 Home Premium on this

None at the moment. I know these things just fail at times, but I will update the review if that happens

Died after windows loaded. I ran updates, restarted and no drive found. Took unit and placed it in an external container and it still was not recognized. I tried multiple sata cables and two different computers. Drive was not recognized after less than...

Nearly indestructible

 

For $93.23 shipped, I'd say, don't ask too many questions and don't look back when you get it - just run!

The typical question about wearing out the NAND circuits after 1000+ accesses seems irrelevant. I've had mine running and active 24/7 for eight months without a hiccup. I've lost more bits from my HS drill set than from this SSD (none to my knowledge)....

It could be a true 240 GB (or even 250 GB), instead of 223½ GB, 240 billion bytes. But that's what truth in advertising has come to

poor packing

 

don't know yet hope it works was thrown in box and padding placed on top so no protection from banging on bottom of box for 5 days

bad bad bad bad packing sad for your company to treat a customers product so poorly all the packing pad was on top of ssd so no protection
