Is there a new SSD performance king?

Fast sequential read and write speeds ; Long 10-year warranty ; Good endurance

No power-loss protection or encryption ; Slightly lower IOPS than class-leading drives ; High-capacity SSDs remain a pricey prospect

The Extreme Pro offers great performance and endurance, with a long 10-year warranty to back it up. It's reasonably affordable too.

A fast, well-supported solid state drive that's a worthy upgrade for a laptop or desktop PC

10-year warranty ; Good overall performance ; Improved random data performance

Not quite as fast as some other drives we've tested when used as a system drive

While the performance of the SanDisk Extreme Pro is very good overall, the killer feature is the 10-year warranty.
