hardware constantly faulty

lucky for me ive got 3 years worth of free replacements with PC world. i wonder why they offered it to me? this is my 2nd xtreme in a week. 1st one didnt hold a charge. this 2nd one turns itself back on as soon as you turn it off. ill be taking this...
