Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is a relatively affordable Android tablet with decent specs, but you can get more bang for your buck if you don't need access to Google Play.

Solid performance. Good build quality. Access to Google Play store.

Underwhelming cameras. A bit pricey for what you get.

At $200, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.0 is nicely built, but a little pricey for what you get. Its compact size and long battery life make it a good option for media consumption or basic productivity tasks on the go, especially if you want access to Google...

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 review: The price is right

The simple 8-inch tablet provides a satisfying Android experience and packs tons of premium app extras.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A is affordably priced and offers many premium app perks for free. Its microSD slot accommodates cards up to 128GB.

The plastic construction feels cheap, and the single speaker provides weak audio. The text often appears pixelated.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A is a simple tablet worth picking up for its low price, and its valuable extras sweeten the deal even more.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2017 Review

Samsung launched the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) in India back in October this year. This comes after the Galaxy Tab A 2016 that was introduced last year but the company did not decide to launch that in India, after the Samsung Tab A (SM-T355Y) that we had...

4G support with VoLTE ; Good battery life ; Good performance

No ambient light and proximity sensors ; Priced slightly on the higher side

Overall the Galaxy Tab A 2017 is a decent mid-range tablet from Samsung at a price tag of Rs. 17,990, but it is slightly costly compared to other tablets that offer a 1080p screen. It has 4G VoLTE calling support, which is rare in tablets, offers...
