Vizio E-series (E70-E3) review

Vizio's E-series offers an ocean of 4K awesome, and the price won't put you underwater.

Clear and detailed 4K resolution ; Basic HDR10 support improves picture ; Impressively clean and uniform panel ; Solid motion resolution ; Good black levels and shadow detail

No TV tuner ; SmartCast interface still needs work ; Poor off-axis performance

While Vizio’s SmartCast interface still has some catching up to do, the E-series offers impressive picture performance across a massive screen at a killer price.

Vizio E series: This big, cheap TV has a very good picture

Vizio is known for delivering inexpensive TVs that still manage to perform well, and the bigger sizes in its E series continue the trend.

The bigger Vizio E series sets offer the best picture quality available in this price range, thanks to local dimming. The Google Cast system offers more apps and frequent updates than many dedicated smart-TV systems, and now you can access some apps...

Roku TVs are better for streaming. No built-in tuner.

The Vizio E series offers the very good image quality for a rock-bottom price, as long as you stick to the 60-inch and larger models.

Vizio E Series 2017 TV

The Vizio 2017 is a good 4k LED TV that produces a decent picture quality. Blacks are deep and uniform, and motion is better than average. Unfortunately, the image suffers from degradation at an angle and it doesn't get very bright, so it isn't...

Blacks are very deep and almost perfectly uniform ; Motion handling is great, and the TV can flicker to improve it even more

Image quality degrades quickly at an angle ; It doesn't get very bright ; No TV Tuner

Vizio SmartCast E-Series E65-E0 Review: A Sharp Display with Chromecast Built In

The Vizio E-Series E65-E0 is an affordable 4K home theater display, to be sure, but it's a testament to how excellent some inexpensive 4K sets can be that we can even have reservations. While the price is definitely attractive, the overall package has...

Affordable price ; 4K HDR support ; Decent picture quality for an LCD

No TV tuner for antenna users ; App support limited without an additional device

The Vizio SmartCast E-Series E65-E0 is affordably priced, and gives you 4K quality and HDR support, but has a couple of rough spots.
