It does the job and suction is OK, so difficult to define why it's not my favourite cleaner. Short on attachments perhaps? Not intuitively obvious what all the symbols on the front mean? Slightly more plastic in feeling than previous Mieles I've owned?

This cleaner is one of the best I have had. Connections were a bit stiff when I first got it but have now become looser. This is a really light cleaner and glides easily. Haven't changed bag yet but looks straightforward. Glad I bought it.
