Now into my third week of using the Neato, I cannot imagine life without it! Simple to use, and producing a good clean, it is proving to pay for itself already! It looks as if I have had a cleaner in - carpets look great!

You cannot expect it cleans all your apartment. It doesn't clean stairs, furniture and generally anything above and below ground. You will need to sort out your items and leave your floor tidy, before you start it up. It cannot access tight corners...

Bought it a few weeks ago, I am delighted with it. It does say not suitable for pet hairs, but! I just cannot believe how much hair it pickled first time. takes a while to get all the hair out, but I have just sent it round every day and my carpet...

Great product. Arrive promptly and have used it a couple of times - appears to do as advertised.
