Very simply laid out, its easy to use pretty much fool proof.

the drain pump got clogged after i washed some fluffy items. This is my first washing machine though so im not sure wether this is normal

It washes very effectively, as my white clothes come out very clean, I can feel the difference.

its very hard to pull out the soap dish for cleaning purposes. apart from that its very easy to use the machine.

Powder tray stiff to open, difficult to remove. No wash time remaining display or indicator. Not enough choice of washing temperature,

sometimes washing powder not disolved and leaving streaks on dark clothes on low temp. wash. Door feels very 'flimsy'
