I received my cooking range and tried it out. I turned it on the lowest setting and it will boil water. This unit has one temperature no matter where you set the thermostat and that is high. I returned it.

I love pressure cookers but getting them up to steam can take a lot longer than recipes account for. This Hawkins series not only is gorgeous but they get up to steam very quickly. These are the best pressure cookers I've ever used.
