I had difficulty hearing the caller with my existing extension phone. The supplier reccomended this phone . I have been very satisfied with the increased volume.

We replaced an aging 900Mhz phone set with this set. We had tried DECT in the past and had very poor reception (something about the brick in our house, I think). This one works great. The range extender does, in fact, extend the range quite nicely.
