Works great right out of box

Pc booted right up and logged in to Windows no hassles whatsoever. I ordered this for my brother in law last week. I installed his GTX 560 and a beefed up power supply to handle the video card and then loaded skyrim elder scrolls. Runs at ultra high...

Just had it for a few days. If it holds up I'm happy. Only reason I didn't give 5 eggs is because the little antenna for wireless adapter is missing or not included. Was not a real problem in my situation

A Steal

At $467 - $391 if free shipping and sales tax were factored in, I have no complaint. It was a steal. . . . My only regret was that I was too late for the special sale. I would have bought two more.

1. This was purchased on a special sale. I bought the last one. . . At $467 with free shipping and no sales tax, it was a steal. These would have required an additional $76 in expenses. In theory, I bought the computer at $391 ; 2. It was a great...

1. If anything go wrong during the first year warranty, you need to ship the computer to Asus at your expense ; 2. Asus will not permit you to open the case and upgrade the unit with more memory, another hard drive, or board. If you do, the warranty is...

Video Editing

I bought this computer because the higher level computer was out of stock when I needed it. My wife wanted to be able to edit HD family movies. I swapped the power supply with an Antec NEO ECO 620C, and installed an XFX Radeon 7850 graphics card. In...

Good value. This is a good unit with strong base components for someone wanting to do basic computing with the intention of expanding to the next level of machine

Only a 300W power supply. Onboard graphics card is very basic. Hard disk data transfer rate could be better

It was too good to be true

Really bummed I didn't get to use this computer. Was excited about the price and had the features I was looking for without me paying too much for things I'm less interested in. I was really thrilled with Newegg's customer service. Quickly got me to...

When this computer was going for $499.99 with a $50 gift card, I jumped on it. For the price I loved the CPU and planned to use the $50 towards another 8GB RAM and have a nice little machine. For my purposes I didn't mind that the graphics capabilities...

The computer arrived and I could get no video output. Called ASUS tech support, who wanted me to pay to ship it to them and couldn't understand why I wasn't okay with that. So then I called Newegg, who got me all set up with an RMA and a prepaid...
