No real bad points- software bundle with the machine is not really suitable for office work- needs to have full working Office not just the starter pack

Lovely and small in size, easy to set up and got on Internet with my dongle easily, nice looking too.

There are no Office programmes at all - years ago you always got Works. It says there is a starter version of Microsoft Office 2010 with ads but you cannot down-load it as says not installed so why is it still on there? Why can't we get simple office...

compact and quiet, easy to put connect up

needs a simple guide on what comes with pc, online advert failed to mention no software for letters or spreadsheets, simple guide on what to do to set up and what not to do would be helpful we are not all computer geeks.
