Lenovo ThinkCentre M93p review

It's expensive, but this is a fast office-oriented mini PC that comes with plenty of added extras to help it stand out from the crowd

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M93p is a highly capable mini office PC, but at just over £800, we think it's a little expensive for the hardware inside. If all you're looking for is a powerful mini PC, the Zotac ZBox IQ01 Plus is both faster and around £250...

Lenovo ThinkCentre M93p Tiny

The diminutive Lenovo ThinkCentre M93p Tiny works equally well in small, medium, or gargantuan sized businesses. It takes up almost no space on your desk, but is still a full-featured desktop instead of a thin client box.

Extremely compact ; Rugged design ; Intel vPro support

No HDMI ; Less powerful than Intel's NUC

This diminutive business PC is smart enough for the office, and tough enough for the factory floor.

Lenovo ThinkCentre M93p Tiny

The diminutive Lenovo ThinkCentre M93p Tiny takes up almost no space on your desk, but is still a full-featured desktop instead of a thin client box.

Extremely compact form factor, one could say it's tiny. Five USB 3.0 ports. Multi-monitor support. Windows 7 Professional pre-installed, Windows 8 Pro also included. vPro manageability.

Need adapter for HDMI. No 5GHz Wi-Fi. No Internal expansion.

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M93p Tiny follows its older sibling, improving on some of its shortcomings like Wi-Fi and increasing the number of USB 3.0 ports. The M93p Tiny may not be as fast as the Polywell B8500 on the benchmark table, but it is quieter,...

great pc but not as advertised

At least with this pc we were able to find all the 32 bit drivers needed on Lenovo site. We are happy with the pc but extra labor and time was spent trying to get the system on line that wasn't planned for.

This is a good fast pc and the pricing was not too bad

This pc was to replace an old pc that crashed and had custom Software that will only run on windows 7 32 bit, for the price this was the cheapest yet fastest pc we found with windows 32 bit that we could get within 2 days. As usual new egg did an...

Tiny, sturdy, and good performance

Perfect for business use in most situations, compelling price point.

Even if it wasn't tiny, this would be a very good business desktop. The M93p takes standard DDR3L SO-DIMM's, so bumping to 8 GB is easy. SSD's are a good upgrade, as well. The compact form factor still has support for dual-monitors and GbE in addition...

Price before huge discount, for $800 I would want a box I can put a second drive in

Some units might be refurbished

The hardware on this and other lenovos seems to be good. They screw up their software but it has been easy to fix.

The hardware in new units works just fine

Some units might be refurbished. I had two units ordered at work and 1 had adhesive goo on the side and was missing a screw. It was otherwise boxed up perfectly like a new unit. It quit working after a few days. The machine resets during POST. Both of...
